You retain full copyright and ownership of any media footage you upload and any derivative Shorts or subtitle files produced by the Service. YourVideo AI does not claim ownership or licensing rights over your user content.

6. Service Availability & Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high uptime and accurate processing:

  • Video rendering times vary according to server load, file duration, and system queue.
  • Speech transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, accents, and recording conditions.
  • We make no guarantees regarding social media distribution, viral reach, view counts, or monetary outcomes from published clips.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YourVideo AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
